Recently, Volkswagen announced a major recall of 790,000 vehicles owing to some glitch in brake light switch. Now, Ford has made a recall for about 155,000 pickup trucks and SUVs owing to a flawed cruise-control-switch system, which has the possibility to get corroded and even catch fire.
The vehicles that fall under the affected category include 2003 versions of the F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty truck, the Ford Excursion SUV, and the Lincoln Blackwood pickup truck.
It would be surely a set back to Ford since the F-150 has been the most selling vehicle in the U.S. market for last 30 years.
