VW, the German automakers have planned an R-badged high-performance version of the Touareg SUV upcoming next on its chart. The R50 will resemble to the R line up that includes some of the most efficient SUV’s like R32 Golf and upcoming R36 Passat that are based on 4.9L V10 TDI model that can produce 625 ft-lbs. of torque and 365bhp to drive these SUV’s. The new model is expected to be in resemblance with the previous models and will provide you with an option of Individual customization.
There is no word about the model to be available in U.S. market as yet.
